When applied properly, Bijou eyelashes will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Everyone’s experience will differ based on day to day activities.

Your natural eyelashes fall off every 30-45 days due to the natural growth cycle and are naturally replaced by new eyelash. Other aspects such as rubbing your eyes too much or exposure to steam may cause the eyelashes to fall sooner.

Sure, even if mascara is not really required since the Bijou lashes actually provide the illusion of wearing mascara. There is special mascara for eyelashes. Please avoid normal mascara as it contains oil. Waterproof mascara requires that you have to rub your eyes when cleansing which can cause your extensions to fall off more quickly.

Simple rule to remember: Only apply water-based mascara and only use a water-based eye makeup remover.

Absolutely, our high-quality eyelashes allow you to shower, swim, etc. However, superior care is required the first day. Please avoid heavy water, such as in the shower on your lashes for about 24 hours after the eyelash application. A light mist is perfect.

Pay attention not to sweat a lot before the glue has dried; the oil from your skin may cause your Bijou lashes to fall off faster. Please avoid any activities that can make you sweat the day you apply your lashes.

We do not recommend using mechanical eyelash curlers on your Bijou lashes as these curlers will damage the extensions and possibly your own natural lashes. Besides, the Bijou lashes do have a natural elegant curl.

Steam is fine after the glue has dried. Massage oil may cause your extensions to fall off more quickly.

Bijou Eyelashes react poorly to oil, so if you use an oil cleanser they will fall off more quickly.

The natural Mink Lashes are made of Siberian mink hair. Be assured that no harm was done to the animals during the manufacturing process. The hair is collected when brushing the fur of the mink.

Our lashes come in one size. You will be able to trim them so they fit your eyes perfectly.
